A global consumer experiences company is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of its core Commerce and Ticketing platforms—a mission-critical capability at the heart of revenue growth and guest experience. This role supports high-volume digital transactions across a diverse portfolio.

You will define and deliver the future state of a complex commerce ecosystem spanning ticketing, lodging, bundles, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and personalized offers. Working across multiple lines of business, you will design seamless, high-conversion digital journeys and help build the foundational platforms that power next-generation guest experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the long-term product vision and roadmap for an enterprise-wide ticketing and e-commerce platform, aligned with business growth and customer experience objectives.
  • Define and deliver a unified checkout and purchase experience across tickets, lodging, parking, add-ons, and upsells to increase conversion and average order value.
  • Partner closely with commercial leaders, marketing, operations, design, and engineering teams to deliver a scalable, future-ready platform.
  • Translate complex operational, customer, and business needs into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and user stories.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale AI-enabled capabilities that improve personalization, revenue optimization, and emerging distribution models (e.g., instant checkout, automated or agent-driven commerce).
  • Lead Agile product development efforts, prioritizing initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
  • Use data, experimentation, and insights to inform decision-making, optimize funnel performance, and measure impact at scale.
  • Act as a change agent within a matrixed organization, driving alignment, clarity, and higher standards of digital execution.
