Senior C# Software Engineer - Real Ownership - up to £120k + Equity - Remote

Own the build, shape the platform.

Get real ownership, work on high-impact integrations, and help build a fast scaling fintech platform from design through to delivery.

This is a hands-on senior role where you’ll own complex features end-to-end, build treasury and FX products, and help raise the engineering bar as the team scales. You’ll lead primarily through hands-on technical work.

You’ll join the platform engineering team at a fast-growing fintech SaaS company building treasury management and FX software. The platform provides real-time liquidity visibility, FX exposure capture, hedging insights, and forecasting.

They’re in scale-up mode, with a growing engineering team and plenty of live delivery happening now. It’s remote, with an office in London, and the role offers up to £120k base plus potential equity for top-tier candidates.

You’ll bring strong C# experience, and real exposure to treasury, FX, brokerage, or a similar financial platform. Just as important, you’ll have proven experience leading technical delivery, doing detailed peer review, and raising the quality of the code and systems around you.
