Technical Accoutn Manager (TAM) - World Leading Trading Platform Provider - Up to £83,000 + Bonus

Do you want a high-impact TAM role at the centre of clearing and post-trade technology for one of the most recognised names in global trading infrastructure?

This position is with a global fintech firm that has been building and refining its trading platform for over 30 years. The product is best-in-class, and the client base reflects that.

You'll become the trusted technical partner to your clients - managing relationships, leading projects, solving complex problems, and spotting risks before they become issues. Day-to-day you'll own the full client lifecycle from gatherign requirments to production deployment and ongoing support.

On the technical side, you'll need to be comfortable with SQL and happy to get hands-on when clients need answers. A basic understanding of networking is required, and any familiarity with the FIX Protocol would be a bonus.

From an account management perspective, you'll need experience managing multiple clients (6–10) and be comfortable handling several projects and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball.
