Sastra Group is working with a software development start-up that specializes in a compliance traceability solution.

One of their key hires is a Senior Integration Manager who will lead integration strategy, oversee complex client implementations, and ensure seamless connectivity across SME and Enterprise environments. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, client management, and deep expertise in system integrations within a SaaS context.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a growing integration team and set its long-term direction.
• Work confidently in customer-facing situations, both before and after the sale.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and business development teams to understand client needs and technical environments.
• Guide technical integration discussions with enterprise clients and partners.
• Design and implement data-flow mappings between client systems (e.g., ERP, PLM, traceability platforms, spreadsheets, or other internal tools).
• Manage integration projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on client requirements and potential improvements.
• Create integration templates, documentation, and technical guides to support efficient future rollouts.
• Oversee multiple integration workstreams at once—some hands-on, others advisory.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and relevant regulations.
• Work with clients remotely and occasionally on-site, primarily within Europe.

About You

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong background in system integration, ideally within B2B software environments.
• Solid technical understanding of APIs (REST/GraphQL), webhooks, and ETL/data pipelines.
• Experience integrating with major enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Skilled at creating flow diagrams, drafting technical specifications, and guiding clients through complex integration processes.
• Able to think quickly and help clients identify effective solutions.
