Copilot Studio/AI Agent Developer | Security Cleared

We are looking for a Security Cleared Copilot Studio/AI Agent Developer to support the end-to-end delivery of Copilot Agents across the UK public sector. Your support will be delivered from the initial setup, through to the deployment and early-life support stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and configuring Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
• Writing and refining agent instructions, prompts, and guardrails.
• Configuring and maintaining knowledge sources.
• Troubleshooting agent performance and improving response quality.
• Translate requirements into agent designs.

Additional desirable experience:

• Knowledge of AI governance, assurance, and responsible AI controls.
• Experience supporting low-code/no-code platforms.
• Documentation and delivery artefact production.
• Stakeholder engagement.
• Active SC Clearance (Security Cleared).
