Credit Controller – Nordics (SaaS / Tech)London or Liverpoo l (1–2 days in the office, hybrid otherwise)Norwegian or Swedish (written and spoken) I’m working with a fast-growing international SaaS business that’s investing heavily in its finance function as the company continues to scale. This is a hands-on Credit Controller role supporting the Nordic customer base. You’ll be managing your own ledger, chasing payments, resolving billing issues, and working closely with sales and customer teams. It’s a busy environment, but one where finance is valued and has real visibility across the business. The company has grown through expansion and acquisition, so there’s plenty going on. They’re focused on improving processes, using modern systems, and building a strong, collaborative finance team. What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of Nordic customer accounts
- Chasing overdue invoices by phone and email
- Using collections tools to prioritise and manage workload
- Resolving billing queries such as incorrect invoices, missing POs, or unallocated payments
- Working closely with sales, customer success, and support teams
- Keeping accurate records of activity and supporting reporting and month-end
- Fluent Norwegian or Swedish, written and spoken
- Experience in credit control, AR, collections, or customer finance
- Comfortable with high-volume, customer-facing work
- Confident communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Experience using finance systems or CRMs (Salesforce or Dynamics helpful)
- Organised, reliable, and happy to get stuck into the detail
