Enterprise Account Executive
Our client is undergoing one of the biggest shifts in their history: moving beyond print and workplace tech into being a full MSP. To make this happen, they are building a brand-new outbound sales team in London. They now want to hire 2 x Enterprise Account Executives to win and grow strategic “lighthouse” accounts across verticals including Finance, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Professional Services.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll be trusted with a portfolio of major targets, each worth a min of £500k–£3m in annual value, supported by inside sales reps, business development teams, and pre-sales specialists. Expect a base of £85k–£95k, generous OTE with accelerators, Car Allowance and the backing of a global brand while you shape some of the UK’s most high-profile enterprise deals.
What you’ll be doing
- Identifying and landing net-new strategic enterprise accounts
- Engaging senior decision makers across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Owning deals through long sales cycles (12+ months) before transitioning to AMs
- Building tailored vertical strategies using robust prospecting data and support teams
- Leading competitive pitches and aligning solutions to customer pain points
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience winning and growing enterprise-level accounts (£500k–£3m+)
- Strong track record MSP and IT Solutions generally.
- Ability to build and execute vertical go-to-market strategies
- Consultative and value-based sales approach, comfortable at C-suite level
- Proven success managing multi-stage, high-value sales cycles
