They are now building a true expansion led Account Management function, and as part of this want to find their first Senior Account Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Own renewals and drive £600k+ annual upsell
  • Deliver 110%+ NRR
  • Multi-thread senior marketing & sales stakeholders
  • Build expansion plans across product lines
  • Create structure in a fast-moving environment

What You’ll Need

  • 3–8 years in AM / CS with revenue ownership
  • Track record of upsell and renewals
  • SaaS experience (Martech / ABM ideal)
  • Comfortable and have recently worked in a scale-up
  • Commercially sharp and structured
