Sales Development Representative - I.T Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Sales role responsible for prospecting cold accounts, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for Account Executives or Recruitment Consultant
- SDR with an interest in the recruitment industry. Main focus is to generate new leads across the I.T sector
- UK, USA & EMEA region
- Prospecting & Research: Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and research their pain points to craft personalized outreach
- Multichannel Outreach: Execute targeted outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, social selling (LinkedIn), and video messaging
- Lead Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound lead
- Meeting Booking: Secure qualified meetings/demonstrations and successfully transition them to an Account Manager
- Pipeline Management: Diligently track all activities, lead statuses, and prospect interactions using the company CRM
- Experience: (1 - 2) years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or a relevant commercial environment
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with the confidence to speak to C-level executive
- Resilience: A hunter's mentality with a high tolerance for rejection and the ability to turn "no" into an opportunity.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with modern sales tools, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Sales Engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Sales)
- Coachability: A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow into a full-cycle closing
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Outreach Volume: Daily/weekly dials and tailored emails sent.
- Conversion Rates: Percentage of prospects moved to connected calls, and connected calls to meetings booked.
- Meetings Held: Number of qualified discovery calls successfully scheduled and attended by an Account Exec.
- Pipeline Generated: Total potential revenue value of opportunities handed
