Supporting iOS and Android application deployment

  • Proficiency with iOS (notifications/sounds, network settings, application settings)
  • Proficiency with, and access to MDM (Comp Portal sync, pushing StaffComm, or the ability to request this quickly)
  • Customer-focused, responsive, and engaging
  • Potentially hot-swapping devices (essentially having a replacement available if a device isn't working or is dead when a customer starts using it)
  • General questions around the application (training can be provided on this)
