Our Client, a consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Laboratory Desktop Engineer to support laboratory end-user computing systems within the Manufacturing Controlled Network (MCN) in a GxP-regulated environment. The role focuses on supporting laboratory PCs,

instrument-connected systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and highly available while supporting scientists, lab users, and manufacturing operations.

Experience:

● MUST HAVE 5+ years’ experience in a cGMP / GxP regulated environment

● Experience supporting laboratory IT systems or instrument-connected workstations

● Strong experience with Computer System Validation (CSV)

● Experience managing Change Control processes

● Experience working in regulated manufacturing or laboratory environments Technical Skills

● SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)

● Active Directory & Group Policy (GPO)

● Windows 10 enterprise environments and OS troubleshooting

● Microsoft Office 2016–2019 and Microsoft 365 / Office 365

● Microsoft Teams and collaboration platforms

● Hardware support for PCs, laboratory workstations, and network printers

● Knowledge of GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity frameworks
