Senior Resilience Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced resilience professional to partner with new and existing clients across multiple sectors, delivering innovative, client-centric solutions to complex resilience challenges. From strategic programmes to large-scale regulatory compliance initiatives, you’ll lead the preparation, delivery, reporting and evaluation of our most high-profile projects.

In this role, you will:

• Build and cultivate strong, lasting client relationships
• Provide technical and operational leadership across major engagements
• Deliver complex regulatory and technical change within the Financial Services industry
• Champion innovation internally and externally
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Communicate complex resilience concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels

You’ll bring extensive experience in resilience roles, with a strong understanding of global resilience regulation and complementary areas including Cyber, Privacy, Third Party Assurance, Recovery & Resolution. You’re commercially aware, detail-oriented, and confident managing and motivating small teams.

Experience with frameworks and standards such as NIST, MITRE, ISF, ISO, GDPR and NIS is highly desirable, along with exposure to Cyber, Governance, Risk & Controls, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, Cloud Security and transformation programmes.
