Senior Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud

Location: London : (Hybrid: 2 days office-based, 3 days remote)

Our client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for hands-on Salesforce development and platform optimisation. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, high-performing solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities & Outputs

Salesforce Development and Technical Delivery

• Design and implement technical solutions using Salesforce best practices, with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Configure and develop solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud and Experince Cloud
• Estimate Jira stories accurately and deliver robust, well-tested code in line with agreed timelines.
• Write clean, efficient Apex code and utilize Salesforce’s declarative tools to meet business needs.
• Conduct unit testing, document results, and contribute to system testing cycles.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, ensuring seamless code deployment and version control.
• Review and manage the impact of Salesforce seasonal releases, including system updates and regression testing.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Significant hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex environments.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (essential); experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud (desirable).
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems (e.g. GitHub), and structured deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, platform constraints, and security model.
