Commercial Asset & E-Commerce Coordinator
About the Role
No two days are the same at our Waltham Cross Warehouse. We handle an ever-changing, diverse inventory of unique commercial equipment and products. We are looking for a sharp, hands-on professional who loves figuring out how things work, getting them ready for market, managing and uploading to our online selling platforms. If you are naturally curious, technically minded, and love variety, this is the role for you.
Based full-time at our warehouse, this is a unique hybrid position bridging the gap between physical inventory and digital sales. You will be responsible for diagnostic testing and preparing diverse commercial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Diagnostics & Testing: Inspect, test, and perform basic cleaning or troubleshooting on a wide range of commercial items to ensure they are fit for sale.
- E-Commerce Listing & Management: Photograph unique items accurately and create high-quality, compelling listings on multiple online platforms.
- ERP & Data Management: Maintain, organize,bookin on our in-house ERP system (full training provided).
- Market Research & Pricing: Look up unique items online to identify their exact models, parts, specifications, and correct secondary market value.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Aptitude: A natural "tinkerer" who is comfortable troubleshooting and preparing diverse mechanical, electronic, or commercial goods.
- E-Commerce Savvy: Familiarity with the backend or listing processes of online selling platforms like eBay or Facebook.
- Digital Literacy: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and modern web browsers.
- Trainable Attitude: You don't need prior experience with our specific ERP system; you just need the digital confidence and willingness to learn it.
