The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Strategy & Operations Associate to work closely with the founders across product, growth, and operations.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys solving messy problems, analysing data, and improving systems in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyse user behaviour and engagement trends
- Support product experimentation and feature rollouts
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Assist in building internal reporting dashboards
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support partnership and commercial strategy initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years’ experience in consulting, startups, tech, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets required)
- Structured thinking and attention to detail
- Comfort working in ambiguity
- Interest in consumer behaviour, food, sustainability, or efficiency
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- You’ve built reporting frameworks that improve decision-making
- You’ve contributed to at least 2 product or growth experiments
- You’ve helped streamline at least one internal process
- You understand our user base deeply
