The Role

We’re looking for a Product Research Associate who is naturally curious about how people behave, how habits form, and how products influence everyday decision-making.

You’ll work closely with product, growth, and leadership to analyse user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys studying real-world consumer behaviour and translating insights into product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse user behaviour patterns across the product
  • Support product research and experimentation initiatives
  • Identify friction points in the user journey
  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Develop insight reports to inform product development
  • Help the team better understand user motivations and habits

Requirements

  • 0–3 years experience in research, analytics, consulting, or startups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong curiosity about how people behave and make decisions
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience analysing consumer products
  • Interest in behavioural science or habit formation
  • Curiosity about sustainability or food technology
