With a strong reputation and an ambitious roadmap of new product launches, we’re entering our next phase of growth and scaling our impact in the UK and beyond.
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Director to lead our sales strategy and drive growth across these expanding markets. This is a key role on the senior leadership team with broad scope to shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Commercial Director
(Access to London office HQ 1-2 days a week)
£150k + 40% + Share Options
About the role:
- Define and execute go-to-market plans for a portfolio of data and technology solutions
- Build and implement a central data-driven cadence across the Sales and Marketing team to enhance cohesion and scale.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team and marketing team covering both commercial and charity clients
- Develop strategic account plans and build trusted relationships with major clients
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across our mortality, movers, and fundraising data products
- Work closely with marketing, product, and client success teams to deliver revenue goals
- Contribute to broader business planning and future scaling ambitions
What we’re looking for:
- Senior sales leadership experience in data, SaaS, or technology sectors managing new business and account development teams as well as Marketing
- Proven track record driving growth and leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach
- Experience working with large corporate clients with complex sales cycles
- Comfortable operating in PE-backed businesses and evolving product portfolios
