Resident Engineer

Context

As part of a Client's telematics project (IVC – In Vehicle Connectivity), the Resident Engineer works directly at the customer’s site to support product development, validation, and integration activities.

Mission Objective

Provide on-site technical support for telematics system testing, diagnostics, and validation activities, working closely with Nissan teams.

Main Responsibilities

• On-site presence at the customer location as a Resident Engineer.
• Support vehicle testing activities and Nissan test benches.
• Perform functional and technical tests on the IVC telematics system.
• Carry out operations such as:
• Debugging;
• ECU/module reflashing;
• Verification of system behaviour.
• Analyse test results and report anomalies.
• Participate in vehicle validation activities.
• Contribute to the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues, including unit or ad hoc tests.
• Interact daily with Nissan teams (engineering, validation, and workshop teams).
