The Role

We’re looking for Sales Managers in London to help restaurants discover, adopt, and benefit from Scaling Reviews.

This is a field-focused role: you’ll visit restaurants, build relationships with owners/managers, and run quick in-person demos showing how our tools increase visibility, improve ratings, and bring more customers.

You’ll manage your own territory, close subscriptions, and earn 40% recurring commission on every client you bring in, one of the most generous structures in the industry.

You will work directly with the founder, receive full training, and have long-term growth opportunities. Top performers may also receive equity and leadership pathways as we expand.

  • Build and manage a regional sales team

What You’ll Do

  • Build a strong understanding of Scaling Reviews and how it drives restaurant growth
  • Map, approach, and manage London sales
  • Conduct walk-in sales and deliver short, effective demos
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing → onboarding
  • Work closely with the founder for support and closing strategy
  • Hit monthly targets and grow your recurring commissions
  • Share insights from the field to shape product and sales strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Motivation to grow in sales; B2B, SaaS, or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and resilient
  • Knowledge of London’s restaurant scene (or eagerness to learn it quickly)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

Nice to Have

  • Experience with restaurant tech or hospitality SaaS
  • Existing network in London's F&B industry
  • Strong performance in previous commission-based roles
