PAM Lead - CyberArk - Banking - London/Hybrid.

Our banking client based in the City of London requires an experienced PAM Lead to join their team.

As PAM LEAD you will be responsible for;

• Architecting, deploying, and maintaining PAM solutions using CyberArk;
• Ensure users and applications only have the necessary access for their roles;
• Monitor privileged sessions, analyze activity, and maintain logs to support compliance audits and investigations;
• Respond to and lead the resolution of critical incidents, and analyze recurring issues to implement long-term solutions.
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies for privileged access, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations like GDPR and PCI DSS;
• Generate reports on privileged user access and activity, and analyze data to identify and mitigate risks;
• Work with infrastructure, application, and other security teams to optimize PAM systems and ensure smooth integration;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, architectural diagrams, and troubleshooting guides; and
• Participate in change management processes, including assessing impact and coordinating the deployment of changes and enhancements.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 7+years experience as a PAM Lead in a financial services/banking/investment banking setting;
• Strong experience of CyberArk and knowledge of PAM concepts and best practices, including password management and session monitoring;
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM), including cloud-based identity services and protocols eg SAML, OAuth, and OpenID;
• Familiar with security standards such as NIST and ISO 27001;
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and security considerations (eg, Microsoft Azure, AWS);
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills; and
• Experience with security principles and infrastructure (eg, networks, Servers, databases).

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the London (City) office and is inside IR35/Umbrella Company only.
