This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will oversee the onboarding of new clients, collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. The Account Manager will play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance client services while maintaining strong and positive partner relationships.
