About the Role:
We are looking for a high‐impact Sales Executive to drive growth, build strategic client relationships, and position our AI‐driven customer journey optimisation solutions with senior stakeholders. This role blends enterprise solution selling, consultative advisory, and deep relationship management.
As a trusted advisor, you will understand complex operational challenges, translate client needs into measurable outcomes, and drive adoption of our moreIQ platform across multiple customer journeys.
What you will do:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, trust‐based relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and long‐term partnership growth.
- Set clear expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Resolve client issues, identify improvements, and prevent recurring challenges.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contracts, renewals, and account updates.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple channels.
- Conduct outreach to introduce our consultancy and AI‐driven solutions to potential clients.
- Use consultative and value‐driven sales methods to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline and drive revenue through strong commercial execution.
Solution & Value Positioning
- Engage senior stakeholders (Heads of Customer Experience, Operations leaders, Transformation teams).
- Lead conversations centered on operational efficiency, customer experience, and AI adoption.
- Work closely with technical teams to shape complex, high‐value solutions.
- Connect client challenges with measurable business outcomes.
- Position advisory engagements that lead to platform adoption and long‐term managed service relationships.
Internal Excellence
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and updated daily.
- Prepare reports on sales activity, account status, and overall pipeline health.
Who You Are:
- Strong background in solution selling within consulting, automation, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Proven ability to grow accounts and spot expansion opportunities.
- Skilled at selling to senior, strategic stakeholders.
- Confident leading value‐driven conversations on operations, CX, and AI.
- Strong consultative selling skills and negotiation capability.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams on solution design.

What we offer:
- Predominantly remote role.
- Occasional travel (around once per month) to meet with the team in London or Glasgow.
- In-person client delivery may be required from time to time.
