Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (4 days in the office) as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at School of Coding & AI in Birmingham and Wolverhampton. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, personal assistance, diary management, and clerical and administrative support. Carrying out communications on behalf of the CEO with teams around the world and with external stakeholders.
You must have a full UK driving licence. You will be required to attend meetings and make arrangements for the CEO in multiple offices in Midlands and overseas, therefore local travel to offices within Midlands and Shropshire will be part of the role and as a result, the role will not be suitable for anyone looking for a fully remote position.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication and be a team player who brings people together.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills are a must
- Strong Diary Management abilities and Clerical Skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
