What will your responsibilities as an Enterprise Account Manager (m/f/d) include?
- You take full ownership of the UK & Ireland market and drive the expansion within pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing accounts.
- Your primary focus lies on new business development while also expanding existing strategic accounts.
- You identify and engage target accounts, building a strong and sustainable enterprise sales pipeline
- You develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies tailored to complex customer environments.
- You lead full-cycle enterprise sales processes – from initial discovery through to negotiation and closing.
- You represent the company at industry events, conferences and customer workshops.
- You collaborate closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Marketing and Sales Operations to maximize outreach and campaign success.
- You lead commercial negotiations and manage contract processes with senior stakeholders.

What should you bring with you?
- You have at least 4 years of experience in selling complex SaaS or enterprise solutions within a B2B environment.
- You bring proven experience within the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, operations or quality functions.
- You are a true hunter with a strong drive to identify new opportunities, engage senior stakeholders and successfully close deals.
- You are comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and applying value-based selling approaches.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills and a confident, credible presence with decision-makers.
- You have excellent listening, discovery and presentation skills.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. GxP) and familiarity with operational or quality-related topics is considered a strong advantage.
