We're hiring an experienced Application Support Analyst to support business-critical Front Office applications in a fast-paced trading environment. You'll manage incidents, deliver fixes/enhancements, and collaborate with users, vendors, and product teams.

Key Skills:

• Strong Front Office app support & SQL expertise

• ITIL: Incident, Problem, Change, Request

• Agile/SCRUM delivery experience

• Azure cloud services, Jira, Confluence

• Business Objects (BO), BI & reporting tools

• Ideally, knowledge of shipping, commodity trading, and the oil industry
