FinOps Consultant - Cloud Cost Optimisation, SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, AWS/Azure/GCP - Financial Services Must Needed - Contract
Must have: Cloud cost management/optimisation, SQL, Financial Services background
London client requires a technical FinOps Consultant to drive cloud cost management and optimisation across AWS, Azure and GCP. Hands-on and analytical, but not a Data Engineer or developer role.
You'll be:
- Identifying and sizing cost optimisation opportunities
- Analysing large cloud billing and usage datasets
- Building cost allocation, forecasting and variance reporting
- Working with ETL processes, SQL and Snowflake
- Building dashboards in Power BI
- Presenting insight to senior business and technology stakeholders
Required: Cloud cost optimisation, SQL, ETL, large dataset analysis, AWS/Azure/GCP (any), Financial Services
Desirable: Snowflake, Power BI, RI/Savings Plans, Python, FinOps certification
Technical FinOps or cost analyst profiles only, not BA, PM or Scrum Master.
London Hybrid - 3 days in the office
