ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ServiceNow, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Angular.js, XML/JSON) contract

I'm currently working on an SC Cleared ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ServiceNow, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Angular.js, XML/JSON) contract opportunity.

Location: Milton Keynes (3-4 days onsite, with some travel)
IR35: Outside
Clearance: Active SC required

Overview:
You'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions, working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations. This role also involves advising on best practices, contributing to solution design, and supporting successful project delivery across the full life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & delivery of ServiceNow solutions (ServiceNow platform, APIs, development tools)
  • Hands-on development following best practice (JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Angular.js)
  • Stakeholder engagement & requirements gathering
  • Support testing phases including UAT
  • Documentation & knowledge transfer
  • Collaboration within CoE teams

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong ServiceNow experience (platform, database structure, APIs)
  • Web technologies (JavaScript, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, Angular.js)
  • ServiceNow implementation best practices
  • Agile & Waterfall delivery experience
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management
