This isn't admin. From your first months you'll be on the phone to clients and candidates, learning to spot talent, negotiate deals and close placements in one of the most lucrative corners of recruitment. The people who do well here are curious about business, comfortable being told no, and hungry to be paid well for getting to yes.

What the job actually involves

Finding and winning new clients. Headhunting strong candidates and managing them through interviews to offer. Running your own desk, hitting targets, and being trusted to own real deals early. You'll be given a market to specialise in and the support to become genuinely expert in it.
