IT Finance Business Partner - Banking

My global banking client, based in London, is looking for a contract IT Finance Business Partner to join the London team.

6 month contract, £515pd, hybrid working - London office.

Key skills:

• IT Finance or Finance Business Partnering within Banking
• Management Reporting
• Professional Accounting qualification.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience of being able to produce and present complex financial information concisely
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• IT Project delivery life cycle - desirable

Responsibilities:

• Primary finance contact for EMEA IT, owning budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
• Monitor and analyse IT financial performance (CapEx/RevEx), highlighting risks, opportunities, and cost drivers.
• Provide financial insights, modelling, and business case support for IT initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Manage cost-sharing agreements, capitalisation, and financial reviews with IT Leads and PMOs.
• Drive continuous process improvement and support offshore finance task management.
