Business Analyst

Working with a leading software technology Solutions company which designs, builds and operates technology solutions for the global capital markets. The Business Analyst will have strong analytical and communication skills, with solid business knowledge. Acting as the system SME, they will gather and document requirements, analyse workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and deliver effective solutions.

Key skills:

• Understanding of financial products – Bonds, Capital Markets
• Strong experience in documenting business requirements and specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; Product Owner experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, and data modelling is advantageous.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
• Self-driven with strong critical thinking.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Document project scope, business requirements, and process workflows.
• Design effective solutions and user stories aligned with business needs.
