IT Finance Business Partner - Banking

My global banking client, based in London, is looking for a contract IT Finance Business Partner to join the London team.

6 month contract, £515pd, hybrid working – London office.

Key skills:

IT Finance or Finance Business Partnering within Banking
Management Reporting
Professional Accounting qualification.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven experience of being able to produce and present complex financial information concisely
Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
IT Project delivery lifecycle – desirable

Responsibilities:

Primary finance contact for EMEA IT, owning budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
Monitor and analyse IT financial performance (CapEx/RevEx), highlighting risks, opportunities, and cost drivers.
Provide financial insights, modelling, and business case support for IT initiatives and strategic decisions.
Manage cost-sharing agreements, capitalisation, and financial reviews with IT Leads and PMOs.
Drive continuous process improvement and support offshore finance task management.
