AI Commercial Transformation Consultant/London Hybrid/Contract
Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is seeking an AI Commercial Transformation Consultant to support a commercial operations and AI transformation initiative.
This role will focus on redesigning and improving commercial workflows using AI technologies including ChatGPT and Claude.
The successful consultant will be responsible for identifying workflow inefficiencies, redesigning operational processes and implementing scalable improvements across business development, marketing and client engagement functions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and redesign commercial workflows
- Improve AI adoption across fee-earners and business teams
- Support CRM and pipeline optimisation
- Enhance pitch, proposal and credentials processes
- Improve lead generation and opportunity management
- Support content creation and campaign workflows
- Implement practical AI-enabled operational improvements
Experience Required:
- Commercial transformation/RevOps/GTM operations
- AI workflow redesign and implementation
- ChatGPT and Claude (Various AI Tooling)
- CRM and sales enablement
- Professional services or consulting environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability
Contract Details:
- 4-6 week contract
- Hybrid London working (1-2 days onsite)
- Competitive day rate
