We’re partnering with a market-leading cybersecurity vendor to hire a HR Business Partner into their growing global people team. This is a high-impact role supporting international growth across EMEA and APJ, working directly with senior GTM and regional leadership.

You’ll act as a trusted strategic partner to business leaders while ensuring operational excellence across multiple regions. You’ll play a key role in enabling growth, strengthening organisational effectiveness, and delivering a best-in-class employee experience.
🧠What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with GTM and regional leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
- Support organisational design, workforce planning, and performance management
- Coach managers on leadership capability, feedback, and team development
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale HR processes across a growing organisation
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees across EMEA and APAC
- Manage employee relations matters with sound judgement and a people-first approach
- Oversee regional HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, policy guidance, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with regional employment legislation and best practice
✅ What you’ll bring
- 3 + years of experience in an HR Business Partner / People Partner role within a fast-paced enterprise technology company
- Experience supporting commercial or GTM teams preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Solid knowledge of EMEA employment law and HR compliance
- Comfortable balancing strategic partnering with hands-on delivery
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in change
