Weβre exclusively partnered with an exciting high-growth cybersecurity vendor looking to hire a Regional Vice President to lead and scale their UK & European business.
This is a player-coach leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growth environments and enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on revenue generation.
πΌ The Role
β’ Lead the UK & Europe region with responsibility for revenue growth and territory development
β’ Manage and mentor an initial team consisting of:
β’ 2 Account Executives
β’ 1 Sales Engineer
β’ 1 Channel/Partner Manager
β’ Personally contribute to strategic enterprise opportunities and key customer relationships
β’ Build pipeline and drive predictable revenue across the region
β’ Work closely with executive leadership on GTM strategy and regional expansion
β’ Help shape the future structure and growth of the EMEA organisation as targets are achieved

π― What Weβre Looking For
β’ Proven cybersecurity sales leadership experience across the UK and/or Europe
β’ Background in start-up or scale-up cyber environments
β’ Strong enterprise sales DNA with the ability to lead from the front
β’ Experience building teams, territories, and repeatable GTM motions
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
β’ Strong channel and partner understanding is highly desirable
