  • Lead and grow the direct sales + channel organisation

  • Support reps on deals, join customer calls, and close strategic opportunities
  • Own channel strategy: recruit, enable, and accelerate partner performance
  • Drive pipeline creation, accurate forecasting, and strong sales discipline
  • Collaborate tightly with Marketing and Product to scale GTM impact
