Our client is a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS scale-up on a mission to simplify and strengthen security for SMB and mid-market customers . With strong momentum and a rapidly expanding customer base, they're now hiring a hands-on, high-energy Sales Director to lead both direct sales and channel efforts.

π What Youβll Do
- Lead and grow the direct sales + channel organisation
- Act as a true player-coach β rolling up your sleeves and leading from the front
- Build repeatable sales processes and drive predictable revenue
- Support reps on deals, join customer calls, and close strategic opportunities
- Own channel strategy: recruit, enable, and accelerate partner performance
- Drive pipeline creation, accurate forecasting, and strong sales discipline
- Collaborate tightly with Marketing and Product to scale GTM impact

- Proven success selling cybersecurity SaaS into SMB + mid-market
- Experience owning both direct sales and channel revenue
- A hands-on leadership style β you enjoy being in the trenches
- Background in start-up or scale-up GTM environments
- Strong operational rigour and coaching capability
- Ability to build, inspire, and elevate a sales team
