HR Business Partner
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical dual role within a global HR Business Partnering model. We are advertising this role on behalf of a client at Scout, who are looking to appoint a Senior HRBP.

You will seamlessly bridge high-level organisational design with local, on-the-ground employee support, ensuring employees and managers in the UK are supported consistently, regardless of business area. You will also ensure that strategic decisions and the rationale behind organisational changes at leadership level are effectively cascaded to local HR partners to ensure alignment, consistency, and understanding.
