The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a commercially driven, results oriented Account Executive to join their outbound sales team. This role focuses on engaging mid cap and enterprise merchants, managing complex sales cycles, and driving new business growth.

You’ll play a key role in expanding their footprint across the UK, working with a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales targeting mid cap and enterprise merchants (£5m–£250m+ turnover)
  • Manage full sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and close
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organisations
  • Develop internal champions to support deal progression
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Deliver consultative, value-led sales conversations focused on commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, payments, or similar sectors
  • Experience selling into mid cap and enterprise organisations
  • Strong track record of managing complex, multi stakeholder sales processes
  • Ability to articulate ROI and business value clearly
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
