Founded in 2020, Scout now have Talent Partners located across the UK, New York & Sydney where we are able to provide local knowledge and support to our clients with plans to expand into other cities throughout this year, and we’d love for you to be part of our journey!

Please note, this is initially a 3 month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to extend, and/or become a permanent role.
The Role
You’ll be joining as the founding recruiter for an exciting Series A startup, deeply embedded into the business to embrace its culture, find the world’s best talent, and create an outstanding candidate experience.
You’ll work closely with the internal team, building strong relationships and partnering with leadership to ensure ongoing success in achieving the startup’s Talent Acquisition objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience within a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Strong sourcing skills, with expertise in Boolean search
- Deep understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and modern engineering stacks
- Open to either in-house or agency experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates effectively and develop talent pools
- Ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritise your day effectively
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring everyone you engage with has a great brand experience
- Experience working in tech, product led, startup, or scale up environments.
