My client is seeking an Account Executive to accelerate regional expansion for a major European FinTech event. The event attracts senior leaders from across Europe’s top FinTech organisations, and the next phase is focused on scaling commercial partnerships, deepening market penetration, and driving sponsorship sales at a significantly higher level.

This is a senior individual‐contributor role responsible for building a strong commercial presence in Europe, unlocking new partnerships, and converting brand awareness into high‐value sponsorship sales opportunities.

You’ll act as the face of the event in the region driving growth, shaping strategy, and delivering exceptional sponsorship sales performance.

Activity

  • Lead regional sponsorship sales and commercial growth
  • Build a strong pipeline and close major partnership deals
  • Engage C‐suite leaders across Fin Tech / FS
  • Develop creative, high‐impact commercial opportunities
  • Represent the brand across Western Europe

About You:

  • 1-3 years consultative sales experience in tech/events or similar
  • Proven track record in high‐value sales
  • Entrepreneurial, relationship‐driven, commercially sharp
