The Client

My client operates within the FX and payment solutions space, combining a relationship‐driven account management model with a technology‐as‐a‐service platform. They are a fully authorised payments institution with established banking infrastructure and strong liquidity partnerships.

Following consistent year‐on‐year growth, this is an exciting stage to join the business. They are now looking to bring in an additional FX Account Manager(s) to support and accelerate their next phase of expansion.

The Role:

  • Research and identify market opportunities for new customer acquisition
  • Cold call and email prospective clients promoting the company’s products and services
  • Brilliant customer service, which will be demonstrated in how you manage client relationships through the sales process
  • Work in conjunction with other members of staff in presenting a professional image in a face-face environment.
  • Drive to achieve monthly targets by Identifying, assessing, and selling prospects on the value you can bring to their respective business
  • Demonstrate a high standard of business and personal ethics, always adhering to high regulatory standards
  • Take an active interest in learning about new products and approaches to selling them
  • Contribute to team discussions on market events, prospect opportunities
  • Working in alignment with management to bring in new opportunities
