Searce is expanding its Google Cloud and technology services footprint across Europe, and we are hiring a New Business Solutions Consulting professional to lead enterprise growth, drive new strategic accounts, and shape transformational cloud outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Lead & Sell
You will be responsible for opening and growing strategic enterprise accounts with a consultative approach focused on outcomes and business transformation. This includes:
Core Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Solutions
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – compute, networking, serverless, containers
- Vertex AI, GenAI, AI/ML Platforms – advanced AI solutions and managed services
- BigQuery & Data Analytics – data warehouses, analytics pipelines
- Anthos, Kubernetes & Cloud Infrastructure modernisation
- Security, governance, and compliance tooling
- Integration with Google Workspace and collaboration platforms
Searce Services You’ll Represent
- Cloud modernisation & migration consulting
- Data & analytics implementation
- Applied AI & machine learning solutions
- Full-stack engineering and product delivery
- Future of work transformation using collaboration platforms
- Managed cloud services & ongoing optimisation
You will engage CxOs and enterprise stakeholders to position Searce’s combined technical and business value across Google Cloud’s portfolio.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales / solutions consulting experience
- Deep understanding of the Google ecosystem and cloud value selling (essential)
- Proven track record acquiring and expanding large enterprise accounts
- Success closing multi-year, 6–7 figure transformation deals
- Comfortable leading long, strategic sales cycles with cross-functional teams
- Experience engaging at executive levels (CIO, CTO, CDO) across industry sectors
- European market experience preferred
You should be capable of driving new strategic account acquisition, building pipeline from whitespace, and delivering measurable outcomes leveraging cloud, AI, and data.
