Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: 30,000 Basic OTE: 60,000 - 80,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Executives to join a growing business development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to maximise earnings, develop their skills, and progress within a high-performing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting with warm leads
Identify and engage key decision-makers within businesses.
Build and maintain strong client and prospect relationships.
Manage and develop your own sales territory.
Qualify leads and arrange appointments for prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales, business development, or account management.
A proven track record of generating new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
