The Opportunity
We're working with a growing and ambitious courier business based in Bradford who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive growth across West Yorkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a business with strong operational backing and real scope to make an impact.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and expanding the company's presence across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across West Yorkshire
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
- Conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintaining an active pipeline and accurate CRM records
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (courier/logistics experience is advantageous but not essential)
- A strong track record of winning new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously
- Full UK driving licence
