Sales Development Representative

Looking to move into a direct sales role within tech and Cyber space?

My Glasgow client is a well know Cyber Security and IT managed services company who have ambitious growth plans and as such they are looking to add another SDR to the team, they are willing to offer a very rewarding salary and commission structure to the successful applicant and a clear progression plan into a BDR role should you wish.

This is a highly targeted role and you will be tasked with contacting SME's in Scotland to arrange appointments for the BDRs to attend and close the sales. This is a cold calling phone based role and although you will be given regular fresh leads there is a need to build your own potential sales pipeline. To be considered you need to be able to demonstrate the following:

2+ Years direct B2B sales experience

Resilience and a desire to succeed

Experience working towards and surpassing sales KPI's

Cold Calling and Lead Generation background

This position is office based Mon-Friday between 9am-5.30pm (hybrid will only be considered after probation)
