Hands-on Principal Role | Build & Scale Production AI Systems
Our client is a globally recognized enterprise software company investing heavily in next-gen AI and decision intelligence platforms used by major international organisations.
This is a hands-on Principal Architect role- not just strategy. You’ll design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems embedded into a live enterprise product, with real impact at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering end-to-end GenAI architecture
- Building agentic AI systems (reasoning, orchestration, multi-step workflows)
- Developing LLM-powered applications (RAG, vector search, semantic layers)
- Scaling AI systems in production (performance, reliability, observability)
- Driving architecture across distributed systems, APIs, and AI platforms
- Defining best practices around evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring
- Staying hands-on with implementation
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience building and shipping production AI/ML systems
- Strong expertise in LLMs and Generative AI applications
- Hands-on with tools like RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI (or similar)
- Strong engineering background (Python and/or Java)
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable architecture
- Track record of owning systems end-to-end
- Ability to link technical decisions to business impact
