Senior Customer Success Account Manager (12-Month FTC)

London | Hybrid (3 days onsite/client's sites)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Customer Success Account Manager to join a leading UK fintech SaaS business working with banks, building societies, and specialist lenders.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing strategic enterprise customer relationships
  • Driving customer retention, renewals, and expansion (ARR & NRR)
  • Leading executive stakeholder engagement and business reviews
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Partnering with Product, Delivery, and Support teams to maximise customer success

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS experience
  • Experience with enterprise financial services clients
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven success driving retention and account growth
