Full Stack Engineer (Python) – AI Insurtech (Series A)

UK | Remote-first (1 day/month London)

Our client is a high-growth AI Insurtech scaling production systems and rebuilding insurance platforms from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, product-focused Principal-level role- ideal for someone who enjoys being a true builder. You’ll own features end-to-end: from shaping requirements and UX through to implementation, trade-offs, and scaling systems in production.

What they need:

• 5–8 years Python experience
• Strong full stack engineering background (backend-heavy is fine, but comfortable contributing to frontend—React/Angular)
• Experience building and scaling real products end-to-end
• Ability to make pragmatic, opinionated decisions across architecture, tools, and infrastructure
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and owning outcomes

Nice to have: exposure to regulated environments or startup/scale-up experience but not essential
