About the Role
We’re looking for a GoHighLevel Specialist to design, build, and manage powerful automations that streamline marketing, sales, and operational workflows. You’ll be the go‐to expert for all things GoHighLevel (GHL) within the business, owning processes, integrations, and training to help teams work smarter and more efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and optimise GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers, and campaigns to support lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and reactivation journeys.
- Connect GoHighLevel with other tools (CRM, email platforms, payment gateways, calendars, analytics, etc.) using Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks, ensuring smooth and accurate data flow.
- Maintain and improve CRM and pipeline structure, including stages, task automation, notifications, and overall data hygiene.
- Support email/SMS automations, tagging, segmentation, and help with funnels, landing pages, forms, and tracking (UTMs, triggers, attribution).
- Monitor the performance of automations, run regular QA checks, troubleshoot issues, and provide insights to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
- Handle day‐to‐day operations in GoHighLevel (contact updates, campaign execution, pipeline management) and act as the internal system owner and first‐line support.
- Deliver training, onboarding sessions, and documentation so internal teams (and potentially clients) can confidently use GoHighLevel and follow best practices.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years’ hands‐on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including deep knowledge of Workflows, Pipelines, Triggers, Forms, and Funnels.
- Strong experience integrating GHL with other tools via Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, CRM logic, and sales processes, with the ability to map business processes into automated workflows.
- Experience building and managing email/SMS automation, segmentation, tagging, and lead routing.
- Confident troubleshooting of automation and integration issues and maintaining system stability.
- Proven ability to train and support non‐technical users and create clear SOPs and documentation.
