HR Data Analyst

This role requires a highly tech-savvy professional who is comfortable working across HR systems, data tools and automation platforms. You will play a critical role at the intersection of Human Resources, technology and data strategy.
Key Experience:
- Experience in an HR analytics or People Operations role with exposure to HR data & systems optimisation.
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors, and other relevant systems
- Experience scoping, building, enhancing or automating talent & HR processes using AI/system workflows.
- Confident user of data output & manipulation tools etc Microsoft Excel ( pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis) ,PowerBI etc
- Experience building or maintaining HR dashboards and reports.
- Ability to interpret HR data and present clear insights to stakeholders.
- Experience conducting data audits and ensuring GDPR compliance.
- CIPD Level 3 (minimum) – CIPD Level 5 desirable
This is a hybrid role, with a requirement of three days a week working from the client's Manchester office.
